Subsystem: UDP-N-acetylmuramate from Fructose-6-phosphate Biosynthesis
This subsystem's description is:
In this subsystem N-Acetylglucosmine is involved as a key intermediate for production of another building block for bacterial cell wall biogenesis. Almost all of the enzyme in this pathway are essential and conserved in most bacteria (with a well-known exception of Mycoplasma ssp).

C 1.3- Chlamidiya-like (AG1PUTe instead of AG1PUT)
D - 1.2 - Staph (both versions of AG1PUT);
E - short bacterial route to UDP-N-acetylglucosamine (GA6PS,PGAM,GA1PAT,AG1PUT);
X for incomplete and unclear patterns - some genes of pathway are present, but its not clear yet what a pathway is it.
-1 - none (as in Mycoplasma)
x after dot stands for a missing gene in a pathway.
Also, 1.9 or 2.9- is a pathway with missing genes (most likely a technical problem)
