A De novo synthesis from Aspartate, and complete succinylation branch (dehydrogenase branch - optional)
B De novo synthesis from Aspartate, and complete acetylation branch
C De novo synthesis from Aspartate, aminotransferase branch only
D De novo synthesis from Aspartate, dehydrogenase branch only
E No Lysine synthesis, only down to DAP. Most likely Lysine salvage, although alternative DAPDC is also possible
X De novo synthesis from Aspartate appears present but the actual branch is unclear
-1 No Lys or DAP synthesis

C.1 - LL-diaminopimelate aminotransferase, predicted alternative - inferred by clusterng in dehalococcoides and analogy with Var. C
